Rates/deposits changes/cancellations
A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. 50% Deposit is due at time of reservation. Balance due prior to check in. All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change. Published rates do not include required local and state hospitality and water taxes.
Reservations within 24 hours of stay must be made by phone.
Two night minimum stay during peak season as well as on weekends year-long. Holidays and city events may require a minimum stay.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation please read the following carefully before booking as cancelation policies for boutique inns such as ours are generally more punitive than cancellation policies for chain hotels. all cancelled reservations will be assessed a minimum $30 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellations made within 14 days of the date of stay trigger penalties to the guest as detailed below. There are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies (including COVID), inclement weather (including hurricanes, tropical storms, etc.), missed or cancelled flights, trains, ferries, etc. These policies also apply to reservations made with a gift certificate.
Specifically:
• Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the reservation date: A minimum $30 cancellation fee will be assessed.
• Cancellations made within 2 -14 days prior to the reservation date: A refund of your deposit may be made minus the fee for your 1st night stay per room.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the reservation date: Guest is charged for the entire cost of the reservation. This also applies should a guest choose to shorten the length of stay.
• No shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
check in/out
Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Early or later check-in depends on availability. We are happy to hold your bags for you if you arrive early while you begin to enjoy Hyannis. We are walking distance to the beach, trails and a short drive to Main Street shopping.
Check-out is at 11.00 am. Late check-out is available upon request and depends on availability.
OCCUPANCY
In compliance with fire and health code, with no exceptions, maximum occupancy for reservations in our King, Sunny Queen and Suite rooms is 2 guests, and maximum occupancy in our Charming Single Occupancy Queen room is 1 guest.
OTHER POLICIES
Sea Street Inn is a smoke-free and pet-free environment. There is a minimum $250 cleaning charge if you have smoked in the room or the bathroom.
If the room key is not returned (or immediately mailed in a padded envelope if you forget to return), a $75 fee will be charged.
As an owner-occupied B&B with five or fewer guest rooms, Sea Street Inn is exempt from having to offer ADA compliant guest accommodations. Sea Street Inn is currently working to complete ADA compliance of our website.
As a boutique property catering to travelers visiting for short and intermediate stays, we do not accept reservations from guests for multiple rooms in duration of more than 7 nights.
