Raised in Rome, Italy, Adrian’s passion for food and hospitality is engrained in his DNA.  Adrian was a Deans List student in the Professional Culinary Arts Program at the International Culinary Center (ICC, formerly the French Culinary Institute) in NYC.  Over the years, Adrian has completed various culinary specialty programs at ICC and at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York.  Adrian has worked for the Michelin star-rated Jean-Georges Vongerichten, as well a premier catering and event organization in New York.  Prior to working directly in the hospitality industry, Adrian spent years analyzing and investing in consumer and hospitality businesses in his role as an Investment Research Analyst on Wall Street.  Adrian holds an MBA in business and finance from Columbia Business School in NYC, a BA in economics from The George Washington University in D.C., and is a CFA charterholder.  

 

Xenia D'ambrosi has a passion for flowers, sustainable gardening, and creating beautiful spaces.  Xenia believes that being around flowers and connecting with nature have the power to bring joy, inspiration and healing.   At Sea Street Inn, Xenia has created a retreat that soothes the soul -- one that is fresh, modern and garden-inspired.

Xenia earned a Masters in Public Health and an MBA in business and finance from Columbia University, as well as a certificate in gardening and sustainable practices through The New York Botanical Garden.  She is also the owner, lead designer and flower farmer at Sweet Earth Co.
